Sādhana Saptah 2026: A Transformative Week for India's Civil Services
The Capacity Building Commission is set to launch Sādhana Saptah from 2nd to 8th April 2026, marking the largest collaborative capacity building initiative within India’s civil services. This initiative, coinciding with the Commission's Foundation Day and the five-year mark of Mission Karmayogi, brings together over 100 Central Ministries, 30 States and Union Territories, and 250+ Training Institutions. The week-long event is centered around the themes of Technology, Tradition, and Tangible Outcomes, aiming to revolutionize the civil services' approach from rule-based to role-based capacity building.
