SEBI, NISM, and IICA Forge Partnership for Corporate Governance and ESG
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), and Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to advance Corporate Governance, ESG, and Capital Markets in India. This partnership will focus on knowledge exchange, capacity building, and research in various regulatory domains, including insolvency, investor education, and sustainable finance.
