SECL Installs 43 Bio-Toilets to Enhance Hygiene and Inclusivity

South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has installed 43 bio-toilets in mining areas as part of the Government of India's Special Campaign 5.0, promoting sustainability and hygiene. The initiative includes 16 bio-toilets in Sohagpur and 27 in Bhatgaon, aligning with the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan's vision for clean workplaces. This effort aims to improve sanitation, especially for women, and reflects SECL's commitment to responsible mining practices and enhancing the quality of life in coalfields.
