September 2025 CPGRAMS Report Highlights

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) released its 41st Monthly Report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for September 2025. A total of 1,66,071 grievances were redressed, marking the 39th consecutive month of over 1 lakh cases disposed. The report highlights the performance of various ministries, with the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, Department of Posts, and Department of Revenue leading in Group A, while the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, and NITI Aayog topped Group B. The average grievance disposal time was 15 days, and 78,353 new users registered on the CPGRAMS portal during the month.
