Share Capital of Bharatiya Beej Sahakari Samiti Limited Remains Unchanged
The Bharatiya Beej Sahakari Samiti Limited (BBSSL) currently has an authorized share capital of ₹500 crore. Although the society has the provision to increase its share capital via a general meeting with the approval of the Central Registrar, no steps have been taken towards such an increase. This information was revealed by Union Minister for Home and Cooperation Amit Shah in a written reply presented in the Rajya Sabha.
