Shri Saurabh Vijay Appointed as CEO of UIDAI

Shri Saurabh Vijay, an Indian Administrative Service officer from the Maharashtra cadre, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). With a strong background in engineering and finance, Shri Vijay has previously held significant positions within the Government of Maharashtra, including roles as Principal Secretary in various departments. He brings extensive experience from his service on central deputation to both national and international organizations, notably including the President’s Secretariat and the World Bank.
