Significant Air Quality Improvement Leads to Revocation of GRAP Stage-III

The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has rescinded Stage-III of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in Delhi due to improved air quality. The Air Quality Index (AQI) dropped to 236, thanks to favorable meteorological conditions, particularly strong winds. Stage-III restrictions, which had been in place since December 13, 2025, were lifted to reduce disruption, although Stages II and I remain active to ensure AQI levels do not worsen.
