Significant Growth in e-Governance Services Across India
The National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment (NeSDA) Way Forward has reported a notable increase in the number of e-services offered by Indian states and union territories, rising by 105% from April 2023 to October 2025. The saturation of mandatory e-services has improved to 80%. Additionally, 10 states/UTs now deliver over 90% of their services through unified portals, with 6 achieving 100% service delivery through a single platform. The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances is also collaborating with State Right to Service Commissions to further enhance and expand e-governance services, despite the current lack of integration between CPGRAMS and State RTS systems.
