Significant Progress for DAY-NRLM Self-Help Groups
The Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) has mobilized over 10 crore households into 90.91 lakh Self Help Groups (SHGs), enhancing rural financial inclusion and entrepreneurship. Bank Sakhis play a crucial role in improving SHG-Bank linkages, leading to Rs 12.18 lakh crore credit access. Additionally, 5.88 lakh enterprises have been supported under the entrepreneurship component, empowering rural livelihoods.
