SLMS Portal Monitoring Subordinate Legislations Now Operational

The Subordinate Legislation Management System (SLMS) Portal is now operational for tracking the progress of subordinate legislations in India. Developed on the recommendation of the Committee of Subordinate Legislation, Lok Sabha, the portal helps monitor various stages such as drafting, laying, vetting, and notification. Stakeholders like the Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Lok Sabha Secretariat, and other governmental bodies have been granted access. The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs has conducted a training session for stakeholders. Currently, 86 subordinate legislations are being tracked through the portal.
