Strong Q2 Performance for NMDC: Production and Revenue Surge

NMDC reported its best-ever second quarter in FY26, with production reaching 10.21 million tonnes (up 23% YoY) and sales at 10.72 million tonnes (up 10% YoY). Financial results showed a turnover increase of 30% to Rs. 6,261 crore, with PAT rising 33% to Rs. 1,694 crore. Chairman Amitava Mukherjee highlighted the company's commitment to self-sufficiency in steelmaking raw materials and net-zero emissions.
