Successful Completion of Special Campaign 2.0 for Pensioners' Grievances
The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions reported that 1897 grievances of Family Pensioners and Super Senior Pensioners were redressed during the month-long Special Campaign 2.0, achieving an 86% success rate. The campaign, which ran from July 1 to July 31, 2025, aimed to improve the redressal process, reducing the average resolution time from 34 days to 20 days. The initiative has significantly benefited pensioners, particularly those from remote areas, and reinforced the government's commitment to digital empowerment and social welfare.
