DRI Busts Gold Smuggling Syndicate; Seizes 15kg of Gold
The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has dismantled a major trans-border gold smuggling syndicate operating from Delhi, seizing 15 kg of foreign-origin gold worth approximately Rs. 21.40 crore. The operation led to the arrest of four individuals, including the mastermind who is a repeat offender, and a foreign national.
