Shri Ram Bahadur Rai Receives Padma Bhushan Award
Eminent journalist and President of the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Shri Ram Bahadur Rai, was awarded the Padma Bhushan by the Ministry of Home Affairs. The award was presented by Shri Satpal Chauhan at the IGNCA office due to Rai's absence from the official ceremony.
