The Technology Development Board (TDB), Department of Science & Technology (DST), has extended support to Bioneemtec India Private Limited to advance green chemistry-based pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies. This project focuses on producing pharmaceutical intermediates, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), and drug delivery systems using environmentally sustainable processes. It aims to reduce import dependency by developing indigenous capabilities, particularly in manufacturing drugs like Tranexamic Acid, Minoxidil, and Dequalinium Chloride. Bioneemtec's innovation includes proprietary Drug Liposome APIs targeting cancer therapies, supported by nanotechnology platforms.
