TEC Collaborates with IIT Kanpur for Advanced Telecom Research

The Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC), the technical arm of the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur to drive forward India-specific telecom standards and contribute to global telecom standardization. The agreement focuses on emerging technologies, including 6G, AI in telecom, and quantum communication, to enhance India's leadership in global telecom standards.
