Telecom Subscription Data Highlights as of May 2025
As of May 31, 2025, India has 974.87 million broadband subscribers, with a monthly growth rate of 3.37%. The total telephone subscriber base reached 1,207.08 million, showing a growth of 0.27%. Urban tele-density is at 131.76%, while rural tele-density is at 59.33%.
