Temporary Suspension of Postal Services to the USA

The Department of Posts has announced a temporary suspension of all postal services to the USA effective from August 25, 2025, due to the withdrawal of the duty-free exemption for goods valued up to USD 800 as per the U.S. Executive Order No. 14324. Only letters/documents and gift items valued up to USD 100 will continue to be accepted. Customers can seek refunds for articles that cannot be dispatched. The Department is working to normalize services as soon as possible.
