TRAI Assesses Mobile Network Quality in Andhra Pradesh

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) conducted an Independent Drive Test (IDT) in July 2025 to evaluate mobile network performance across Hyderabad - Nizamabad NH and Nizamabad City. The tests assessed voice and data services, including call setup success rates, drop call rates, and data speeds across various technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G). Key findings showed high call setup success rates and varying data speeds among service providers, with Airtel and RJIL performing notably well in both voice and data services.
