The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) conducted an Independent Drive Test (IDT) in Coimbatore City, Tamil Nadu, from June 24 to June 27, 2025, to evaluate mobile network performance across various technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G). The assessment covered 409.7 km of driving and 4.3 km of walking tests, focusing on voice and data service quality.
