TRAI Assesses Mobile Network Quality in Vadodara

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) conducted an Independent Drive Test (IDT) in Vadodara, Gujarat, from July 15-18, 2025, to evaluate the quality of mobile network services provided by various Telecom Service Providers (TSPs). The test covered 388 KMs and included 12 hotspot locations, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) for both voice and data services. Findings revealed varying performance levels among TSPs, with RJIL leading in voice services and data throughput, while BSNL lagged significantly in both categories. The results aim to inform consumers and encourage TSPs to enhance their services.
