The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) conducted an Independent Drive Test in Samastipur district, Bihar to evaluate mobile network performance for voice and data services. The test assessed call setup success rate, drop call rate, download/upload speeds, and latency across different technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G). Major findings include 100% call setup success rate for Airtel, significant call drop rates for BSNL, and the highest download speeds recorded by RJIL's 5G services.
