TRAI Evaluates Mobile Network Quality in Madhya Pradesh

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) conducted Independent Drive Tests (IDT) in July 2025 to assess the mobile network quality of operators in Shahdol and Korba cities, as well as along the Shahdol to Korba highway and Korba to Rajnandgaon railway route. The tests evaluated voice and data services across various technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) and included parameters such as Call Setup Success Rate, Drop Call Rate, and data throughput. Findings revealed varying performance levels among operators, with RJIL leading in both call setup success and data speeds.
