Training for EPFO Officers on Legal Management and IBC, 2016

The Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Security (PDUNASS) in New Delhi inaugurated a five-day training programme on 'Legal Management & Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016' for Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) officers. The initiative aims to enhance the legal and institutional proficiency of EPFO officers in managing insolvency-related matters under the IBC framework, ensuring the protection of workers’ social security interests.
