Training Programme for Debt Recovery Registrars
The Department of Financial Services organized a four-day residential training programme at National Law University, Dwarka, for Registrars of Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRATs) and Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRTs). The training, held from October 28 to 31, 2025, covered essential topics such as the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, SARFAESI Act, and various administrative procedures. Participants expressed satisfaction with the comprehensive curriculum and appreciated the efforts of DFS and NLU.
