The Boregaon to Shahpur section of NH-753L, under the Bharatmala Pariyojana, aims to transform transportation in Central India by providing a modern four-lane corridor connecting Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Developed by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways at a cost of ₹944 crore, this nearly 47 km highway promises to enhance agricultural transport from Khandwa and Burhanpur to domestic and international markets.
