Tribal Art Exhibition 'Silent Conversation' Inaugurated in New Delhi
The 'Silent Conversation: From Margins to the Centre' exhibition, inaugurated by former President Ram Nath Kovind, showcases artworks from over 50 tribal artists across 17 states, focusing on tiger conservation and the relationship between tribal communities and nature. The four-day event features 250 paintings and crafts from more than 30 tiger reserves, aiming to raise awareness about conservation and provide alternative livelihoods for tribal communities. A national conference on tribal arts and conservation will also be held during the exhibition.
