Tripura Achieves Full Functional Literacy

Tripura has been declared fully literate under the ULLAS – Nav Bharat Saaksharta Karyakram, becoming the third state in India to achieve this milestone with a literacy rate of 95.6%. The Chief Minister, Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha, credited the success to the ULLAS program and the efforts of community stakeholders. The initiative aims to empower adults aged 15 and above with foundational literacy and life skills, contributing to the vision of a Fully Literate Bharat and Prime Minister Modi's Viksit Bharat @2047.
