The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of India has introduced Integrated Training for Primary Healthcare Teams aimed at enhancing the capacity of India's frontline health workforce through a single, structured, competency-driven framework. This initiative aligns with the vision of making healthcare equitable, accessible, and responsive while empowering women, who constitute over 70% of the workforce, including ASHAs, ANMs, and CHOs.
