The festival is being held in Hanol village, Bhavnagar district, which has become a model of 'Gram Swaraj' and 'Adarsh Gram' envisioned by Mahatma Gandhi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, respectively. Initiated by Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Hanol village embodies advancements in basic amenities, sanitation, education, health, and agriculture. The visit aims to share Hanol’s development model at the national level and promote rural development.
