The Union Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has successfully concluded the Swachhata Special Campaign 5.0, generating revenue of Rs. 41,73,348 and freeing up 28,074 square feet of space through the disposal of scrap and e-waste. The campaign, which ran from October 2 to October 31, 2025, aimed to promote cleanliness in government offices and reduce file pendency, achieving 100% success in its objectives. Notable initiatives included the disposal of 9,996 physical files and 4,897 e-files, along with various eco-friendly practices to combat plastic pollution.
