Union Sports Minister Launches NIDAMS and Promotes Anti-Doping Initiatives

Union Sports Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya chaired the 6th General Body and 11th Governing Body Meeting of the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) in New Delhi. He emphasized the need for a multi-faceted approach to promote clean sports and announced the launch of the NADA India Data Administration and Management System (NIDAMS) web portal to enhance the management of anti-doping activities. The Minister also proposed a public awareness campaign in collaboration with Khelo India to educate athletes about anti-doping regulations and suggested an internship program to strengthen NADA's human resources.
