Update on Avian Influenza at Delhi Zoo

The National Zoological Park (NZP) reports no new deaths in the water bird aviary or migratory birds pond due to Avian Influenza. Intensive sanitation and bio-security measures are ongoing to protect birds, animals, and staff. Frontline staff have been screened by the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and trained on hygiene and preventive measures to minimize transmission risks. The park remains vigilant and is following standard guidelines to contain the disease.
