As of July 15, 2025, over 1.78 lakh Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs) are operational in India, providing comprehensive primary healthcare services. These centers offer 12 packages of care, including diagnostics and wellness activities like yoga and meditation. The Free Diagnostics Service Initiative (FDSI) under the National Health Mission (NHM) aims to provide free diagnostic services at public health facilities. The Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission has created 79.75 crore ABHA IDs and linked 65.34 crore Electronic Health Records, enhancing healthcare accessibility and efficiency.
