Update on Pradhan Mantri National Dialysis Program

The Pradhan Mantri National Dialysis Program (PMNDP) has been successfully implemented across 751 districts in all 36 States and Union Territories of India, with 1,704 operational dialysis centers as of June 30, 2025. The program aims to establish Haemodialysis centers in district hospitals and Community Health Centres based on demand assessments. The National Health Mission (NHM) provides financial support to States/UTs for establishing dialysis services, ensuring access for all, including remote and tribal populations.
