UPSC Launches PRATIBHA Setu for Civil Services Aspirants
Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh has praised the UPSC's 'PRATIBHA Setu' initiative, designed to provide alternative job opportunities for civil services aspirants who narrowly miss out on final selection. The initiative, which stands for 'Professional Resource And Talent Integration', aims to connect candidates with employers in both government and private sectors. So far, 113 organizations have registered to access a pool of candidates who have cleared various UPSC examinations but were not selected. This platform transforms the recruitment process, allowing direct interaction between recruiters and candidates, enhancing the overall employment ecosystem.
