UPSC to Establish Centre of Excellence for Best Practices Ahead of Centenary Celebrations

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) plans to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) to serve as a repository of best practices from UPSC and State Public Service Commissions (PSCs) as part of its centenary celebrations starting October 2025. UPSC Chairman Dr. Ajay Kumar emphasized the importance of collaboration with State PSCs for knowledge-sharing and enhancing recruitment processes. The initiative aims to improve awareness and participation in public service examinations, especially in aspirational districts, and reflects UPSC's commitment to inclusive and equitable recruitment.
