Vice President Highlights IGNOU's Role in Inclusive Education

Vice President Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan addressed the 39th Convocation Ceremony of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in New Delhi, praising the institution for its significant contribution to accessible education. Over 3.2 lakh learners received degrees, diplomas, and certificates. The Vice President emphasized the need for technology to go hand-in-hand with ethical values. He also lauded IGNOU for adapting to the National Education Policy and for its effective use of digital platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic.
