Vice-President of India, Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, addressed the Indian Defence Accounts Service Officer Trainees, emphasising the importance of financial prudence, innovation, and integrity in their roles. He encouraged trainees to adopt 'Seva Bhav’ and ‘Kartavya Bodh' as guiding principles and highlighted the significance of their role in achieving India's vision of 'Viksit Bharat' by 2047.
