Vietnamese and Indian Justice Departments Hold Bilateral Meeting
A Vietnamese delegation, led by Mrs. Tran Thi Phuong Hoa, Deputy Director General of Vietnam's Ministry of Justice, engaged in a bilateral meeting with India's Department of Legal Affairs on December 23, 2025. The gathering, held at Shastri Bhawan in Delhi, facilitated an exchange of experiences and discussions on legal cooperation. Both parties agreed to utilize provisions from a previously signed MoU aimed at enhancing cooperation in legal areas, including the execution of foreign judgments.
