Vigyan Dhara Scheme Supports Start-Ups and Research Institutions

The Vigyan Dhara scheme, effective from January 16, 2025, merges three previous schemes to support start-ups and research institutions in India. It has provided seed funding to 72 start-ups through 36 Technology Business Incubators (TBIs). The scheme has seen significant financial allocations, with a total of Rs. 1755.75 crore allocated and Rs. 1256.31 crore utilized as of August 12, 2025.
