On October 6, 2025, officials from the Ministry of Law and Justice, including Shri R.K. Pattanayak and Smt. Rakhi Biswas, visited the digitization unit alongside officers from the National Archives of India (NAI). They inspected the record room and decided to transfer approximately 3,000 important files, over 25 years old, to the NAI for preservation and digitization, ensuring long-term conservation and accessibility for future research.
