Major General Paul Owuor Otieno, Commander of the Kenya Navy, is on an official visit to India from September 28 to October 2, 2025, aimed at strengthening maritime cooperation and bilateral ties. He was received by Admiral Dinesh K. Tripathi and discussions included operational and training engagements, as well as the multilateral Exercise AIKEYME. Major General Otieno also paid homage at the National War Memorial and is set to visit key naval training establishments in India.
