WaveX Launches BhashaSetu Challenge for AI-Powered Translation Solutions

The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting has initiated the WAVEX Startup Challenge 2025, inviting startups to develop 'BhashaSetu', an AI-powered multilingual translation solution. The challenge focuses on real-time translation, transliteration, and voice tech across 12 Indian languages, with no eligibility criteria for participants. Prototypes are due by July 22, 2025, and winners will receive incubation support from WaveX.
