Workshop on Human Wildlife Conflict Management at Dudhwa Tiger Reserve

Union Minister Shri Bhupender Yadav chaired an interactive workshop on human-wildlife conflict management at Dudhwa Tiger Reserve, Uttar Pradesh, on June 19, 2025. The workshop focused on addressing issues related to human-wildlife conflict, with discussions on advanced technologies for conflict management and the establishment of a Centre of Excellence. Additionally, 7 Gharial yearlings were released in the Girwa River to promote Gharial conservation. The Minister also engaged with the Tharu community and discussed conservation efforts with wildlife officials.
