Department of Land Resources Achieves 96% Public Grievance Disposal

The Department of Land Resources (DoLR) has successfully disposed of 96% of public grievances under the Government of India’s Special Campaign 5.0. The campaign focuses on promoting cleanliness and reducing backlog in government offices. A total of 1004 physical files and 349 e-files were reviewed, and various cleanliness initiatives were conducted, including a public health awareness lecture and a community service event.
