DGCA and Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya Collaborate for Aviation Training
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to train youth in aviation, focusing on creating an aviation manufacturing ecosystem and preparing a skilled workforce. The agreement, signed in the presence of Shi Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu and Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, aims to integrate academic knowledge, regulatory compliance, and industry-aligned skills in a new B.Sc. curriculum in Aviation Maintenance Engineering. The initiative will also support sustainable aviation fuel research and enhance the country's aviation sector infrastructure.
