Extension Announced for Comment Submission on Public Wi-Fi Networks Paper

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has announced an extension for submitting comments and counter-comments on its Consultation Paper concerning the proliferation of public Wi-Fi networks in India. Originally due by 25th May 2026 and 8th June 2026, the deadlines have now been pushed to 1st June and 15th June 2026, respectively, following requests from industry stakeholders. Submissions can be made via email to specified addresses, and further inquiries can be directed to Dr. Abdul Kayum of TRAI.
