This initiative aims to catalyze private investment in cutting-edge technologies and strengthen industry-academia collaborations in areas such as energy, artificial intelligence, and biotechnology. The scheme includes a two-tier funding structure to provide long-term, low-interest loans and equity to innovators, emphasizing industry participation and strategic technological advancements for India's Atmanirbharta mission.
