The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions is organizing a National Workshop on 'Effective Redressal of Public Grievances and NextGen CPGRAMS' on July 9, 2025, in New Delhi. The workshop, inaugurated by Dr. Jitendra Singh, aims to enhance grievance redressal mechanisms in line with the Prime Minister's vision for transparent governance. It will feature the release of Sevottam Training Modules, presentations from public administration experts, and discussions on best practices from various states, with over 200 senior officials expected to attend.
